Hagrien downhole cutter is a special tool for cutting tubing (casing) inside the downhole casing. It can cut at any position except casing coupling. The upper part of the casing is separated from the lower part by cutting the casing wall mechanically from the inside of the casing. At the same time, a safety system is set inside the instrument for automatic recovery of the instrument after power failure.
